The Ontario Electricity Rebate (OER) is a provincially funded rebate that applies as a credit on qualifying electricity bills.
The OER credit is automatically applied to all residential and small business customers and no action is required.
As of July 1, 2022, the eligibility criteria have been expanded to include the following:
If you are currently receiving the OER credit you will see the credit on your monthly invoice above the subtotal amount as “Ontario Electricity Rebate”.
Please complete the eligibility form if your account relates to:• Any common elements of a multi-unit complex • A retirement residence • A mobile home park
