On July 31, 2021, Grimsby Power filed a Cost of Service application with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) for rates effective January 1, 2022.
The OEB issued its decision on the application on January 13, 2022. Based on the Decision, a residential customer consuming 750 kWh will have a total monthly bill increase of approximately $0.70 per month before taxes, effective January 1, 2022. The monthly increase will be $0.67 after taxes and the Ontario Electricity Rebate.
