For now,

If the meter reader has left a meter-reading card at your premise, we were unable to obtain a reading of your Hydro meter. You can help us to avoid estimating your account by completing the card and sending it in or dropping it by our Roberts Road office.

We also provide a template of your meter, which is printed on the back on your hydro bill. Just draw hands to indicate the reading on your meter and provide us the information along with your meter number and service address.
