Equal Payment Plan
Grimsby Power offers customers the option to enroll in an Equal Payment Plan. This plan gives residential and small commercial customers that have not signed with a retailer the choice of being invoiced an equal amount monthly rather than being susceptible to market price variances throughout the year. This option allows you to receive a monthly invoice for 11 equal amounts with the reconciliation or settlement on the twelfth billing.
If you are interested in enrolling in this plan or wish further information, please contact our Customer Accounts Representative at 905-945-5437 option 2.
All bills are due when rendered. Failure to receive a bill does not entitle the customer to any advantage in their balance due. Bills paid after the Due Date are subject to an Interest Charge of 1.5% monthly (19.56% annually). A further Collection Charge may be imposed for bills remaining unpaid after the Due Date.
